Allen Smith

Allen Smith is the Group Director for Digital Experience at Electrolux, a global manufacturer of home appliances, where he cultivates a community of professional designers, developers, and researchers working on smart home services, user interfaces, and the application of digital technology to make day-to-day living more sustainable. He is based in Stockholm, Sweden and has delivered new products and user experiences for Ericsson, Volvo, Virgin, Bombardier, Toshiba, Google, and NASCAR as well as experimental work for NASA, Vinnova, and the European Space Agency. He has patents in user interface design and multiple awards for mobile applications and automotive infotainment.
