Ashley Still

Ashley Still is Senior Vice President & General Manager of Creative Product Group at Adobe, where she is responsible for the success of Creative Cloud, including product management, engineering, product marketing, and community teams. Creative Cloud includes iconic creative applications like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Lightroom and new generative AI initiatives including Adobe Firefly.

Ashley joined Adobe in 2004, and has held numerous leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Product Marketing, Strategy & Partnerships, and Senior Vice President of Document Cloud. She successfully launched Acrobat on the web and grew Acrobat and Scan mobile apps to 1B+ downloads combined. Prior to Document Cloud, Still led the successful transformation of Adobe's Creative Cloud Enterprise business to cloud-based subscription.

Under Ashley’s leadership, Adobe launched the first executive leadership council for the Adobe & Women employee network, and she has helped create mentorship and sponsorship programs for diverse leadership advancement.

Ashley holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She sits on the board of directors of DoorDash.
