Brian Miller

As Adobe’s Chief Talent, Diversity & Inclusion officer, Brian Miller is responsible for driving the company’s global talent and diversity & inclusion strategy as well as its talent development and acquisition programs. He believes there is an inextricable link between talent and diversity &inclusion. He is charged with advancing Adobe’s strategy on how the company hires, develops, and retains its talent and creating an environment where all employees can be successful.

Prior to Adobe, Brian served as Chief People Officer at Impossible Foods. He also spent a decade at Gilead Sciences, where he was vice president of talent, development, and inclusion. Brian serves on the Board of Regents for the University of the Pacific, and previously served on the board of the Association for Talent Development. He has held talent development positions at Amgen and Achieve Forum (Korn-Ferry Company). Brian founded and served as CEO at E3-Services, a consulting firm specializing in how to integrate digital strategies into human resources departments.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of the Pacific, and a master’s degree in education from Harvard University.
