Carita Marrow

Carita Marrow is an intrapreneur serving as Adobe’s Diversity & Inclusion Talent Program Manager. She drives strategy around attracting and recruiting diverse talent into Adobe in tight partnership with key stakeholders such as talent acquisition and branding teams in addition to employee networks. Before joining Adobe, Carita was Senior Manager, Science Education at UNCF, the nation’s largest scholarship provider where she co-managed UNCF’s 48-million-dollar initiative --- Fund II Foundation STEM Scholars Program, UNCF Merck Science Initiative, and HBCU Innovation Summit. Beyond her current Adobe day job, Carita loves to paint and draw in her spare time.
