Claire Darley

Claire Darley is a transformational leader. Through her 30+ years in Tech & Telecommunications, Claire has demonstrated the ability to drive big-scale change through collaboration, pragmatism and creating true “fellowship”. This was particularly evidenced in her leadership of Adobe’s Digital Transformation in EMEA, taking its Creative Cloud offering from an off-the-shelf product to a subscription model. Now based at Adobe’s headquarters in San Jose, California, Claire is a Senior Vice President and runs worldwide field sales for Adobe's Digital Media business, in addition to leading the worldwide Customer Support team who handle millions of calls and chats per year. Claire’s mantra: create something special, and unleash my team to have real, meaningful impact -- in order to help our customers achieve their goals. As a leading woman in technology, Claire hopes her career journey encourages anyone -- especially girls growing up in small working-class towns -- to keep putting your hand up, and to keep getting out of their lane and challenge the status quo.
