Every year at Summit, we recognize the extraordinary contributions of our community of technology and services partners. For all Adobe accomplishes with our customers, we do not do it alone. Our partners form a veritable army of experts and trusted advisors, innovating and extending the value of our applications, and implementing and integrating across Experience Cloud. They share our goal of enabling brands to create powerful, personal experiences with their customers, and work tirelessly to make this a reality.
This year we bring together our Americas and EMEA partner awards, along with our former Magento and Marketo awards. Please join us in celebrating our exceptional Digital Experience partners who distinguished themselves in 2019 with their inspired work on behalf of Adobe customers.
Digital Experience Solution Partner of the Year
Deloitte Digital: Americas (Enterprise). Blowing by their 2019 goals, Deloitte Digital consistently delivered for Adobe customers and continues to invest across Adobe Experience Cloud with a focus on bringing Adobe Experience Platform to our customers in all industries. They also brought home the Global DX Partner of the Year Award in December.
Corra: Americas (Commercial/Magento). Corra was on a tear last year, launching new fashion and sports industry-focused accelerators and a B2B division, all while generating new business and dramatically expanding their Magento certifications to more than 130.
DemandGen: Americas (Commercial/Marketo). In addition to contributing significant Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to Adobe, DemandGen continually goes above and beyond to evolve our joint GTM strategy, create powerful marketing content and build strong relationships with our sales team.
Accenture Interactive: EMEA-wide. The recipient of the EMEA award for the second year in a row, Accenture Interactive produced strong growth throughout the region. They continue to deliver innovative solutions, helping clients create personalized experiences that drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Accenture Interactive: EMEA – Benelux (Enterprise). A leading Adobe partner in the Netherlands, Accenture Interactive has consistently delivered CX solutions for customers and is continually investing in the Adobe ecosystem, achieving 11 new certifications and participating in joint marketing activities.
Netcentric, A Cognizant Digital Business: EMEA (Central Europe). Netcentric continued to invest in sales and customer success in 2019, bringing in four major wins across Adobe Experience Cloud, earning an Adobe Target specialization, and delivering excellence with a dedicated team that holds more than 300 Adobe technical certifications.
Publicis Sapient/Epsilon: EMEA – France (Enterprise). Publicis Sapient France and Epsilon drove impressive Adobe Experience Manager and Campaign growth in the French market. A two-time winner for France, they increased their expertise with another specialization (Adobe Campaign) this year.
Accrease: EMEA – Nordics (Enterprise). With a strong focus on data, Accrease has built an impressive Adobe practice through ongoing investment and certification. They have become one of the most skilled Adobe partners in the Nordic market with recent successful projects in the Financial Services sector.
everis, an NTT DATA Company: EMEA – Southern Europe (Enterprise). everis and NTT DATA achieved excellent results last year and have emerged as a key multi-solution partner, investing across Adobe Experience Cloud. They are expanding their Adobe practice across the region and all industries.
WPP: EMEA – UK (Enterprise): For the second consecutive year, WPP drove significant Adobe customer success and license growth in the UK. Working across multiple industry segments, WPP (including Cognifide and Acceleration) helped their clients define and implement data-driven marketing strategies with Adobe Experience Cloud.
Vaimo: EMEA (Commercial/Magento). A digital commerce expert focusing exclusively on Magento and Adobe Commerce Cloud, Vaimo delivered strong value to B2B and B2C merchants last year. Vaimo’s thought leadership, strategy, and services were key to fueling growth for many of our commerce customers.
Digital Experience Emerging Solution Partner of the Year
Blue Acorn iCi: Americas (Enterprise). ****Blue Acorn iCi demonstrated incredible momentum in the past year, with exponential growth in ASV (Annual Subscription Value) and a fierce commitment to achieving customer success and building their Adobe expertise through certifications and specializations.
121eCommerce and O2 Web (tie): Americas (Commercial/Magento). Both 121eCommerce and O2 Web were fast-rising stars in 2019. 121eCommerce doubled their Magento 2 certifications, brought in numerous new logos and were critical advisors guiding customers to evaluate Magento Commerce vs. Magento Open Source. Canadian-based O2 Web also had a record year, building both Adobe Analytics and Marketo Engage practices, growing their Magento Commerce footprint, and delivering on-time launches with discipline.
Digital Pi, a Merkle Company: Americas (Commercial/Marketo). Marketing automation expert Digital Pi went the extra mile in ensuring our customers got the most out of their Marketo Engage investment and integrated technologies; their focus on customer value helped drive a great growth year.
Basiliko: EMEA (Commercial/Magento). Basiliko shone last year with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, creative insight into brand goals and technical excellence. Their Magento-certified team delighted customers with lean implementations delivering reduced time to market and tangible results.
Digital Experience Delivery Quality Partner of the Year
Merkle: Americas (Enterprise). With multiple specializations across Adobe Experience Cloud, Merkle has continued to ramp its Adobe expertise to benefit customers, drive strong results and work strategically with Adobe on large-scale, complex digital transformations.
Gorilla Group, a Wunderman Thompson Company: Americas (Commercial/Magento). Delivery excellence is all about the details and Gorilla Group consistently came through for clients, achieving stellar conversion, and strong new user activation and transaction rates across B2B and B2C customers.
IBM iX: EMEA (Enterprise). IBM iX leveraged a strong relationship with Adobe Consulting Services and continued investment in certification and specialization to deliver deep Adobe solution expertise to all major market sectors in EMEA.
The Pixel: EMEA (Commercial/Magento). A longtime Magento partner, The Pixel continue to demonstrate outstanding technical ability, commitment to quality and market focus. Our customers seek out their ability to understand just what it takes to win in the fast-evolving commerce landscape.
Digital Experience Exchange Partner of the Year
Branch: Americas (Enterprise). With two new mobile application integrations in 2019 – Adobe Advertising Cloud and Adobe Campaign – Branch has brought additional acquisition and attribution data into Experience Cloud, adding value for many of our customers.
Nosto: Americas (Commercial). Nosto’s Magento Commerce integration uses customer data, rich product attributes and performance metrics to give customers the ability to deliver online shopping experiences that drive higher conversion rates and average order values, and ultimately, higher revenue.
Drift: Americas (Innovation). Drift’s Marketo Engage integration application has changed the way businesses think about live chat. Their innovative “Conversational Marketing” technology has had a huge impact on our Marketo Engage customers’ ability to drive digital marketing lead generation.
Akeneo: EMEA. Akeneo significantly upgraded its Magento integration, making it easier than ever to manage and deliver consistent product data across services. Their innovation and thought leadership in Product Experience Management drove numerous customer successes in 2019.
