Aiyana “Yani” Newton

Aiyana “Yani” Newton leads Business Architecture for EMEA – a team focused on shaping comprehensive strategic programs of work for customers who understand that accelerating their digital transformation requires more than a technology implementation.

Yani is passionate about helping customers realize their vision and set even bigger goals to tackle next. She has spent the last 5 years at Adobe pushing customers from basic to good, good to great, and great to exceptional.

Before Adobe, Yani worked as a Management Consultant for Accenture Interactive. There she honed her SME skills in Org + Op Model Design, Marketing Process Optimization, Culture and Behavior Change, Change Management, and Training Design + Delivery. She brings all to bear in her current work for Adobe customers.

In parallel to her day job, Yani is pursuing a Master’s in Journalism from Harvard University, a coaching certification from the Co-Active Institute, and working as a social justice advocate.
