Alex Rodriguez
Alex Rodriguez, Talent Development Consultant, is part of Adobe’s Global Talent Development team focused on bringing exceptional learning and development experiences to all of Adobe. A 5-year employee, he came over through the TubeMogul acquisition back in 2017. He spent time with the Employee Resource Center, working on various cross-functional projects and acquisitions before moving over to Talent Development. Alex began his career touring North America in a Broadway musical before moving into the workforce, focusing on HR for Bay Area startups. A California native, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arizona State University. Alex is the co-Artistic Director for Ray of Light Theatre Company, leading creative productions and diversity initiatives for artists. He has a partner also named Alex, and they both live in the Castro with a tan chihuahua named Bam Bam.
