Charlene Li

As a principal analyst at Altimeter — which was acquired by Prophet in July 2015 — Charlene Li helps leaders thrive with disruption. She has written or co-authored five books, including “Groundswell: Winning In A World Transformed By Social Technologies,” the New York Times bestseller, “Open Leadership,” and her latest book, “The Engaged Leader.” Her current research includes leadership, digital strategy, employee engagement & advocacy, and creating growth and innovation cultures. Prior to her time at Altimeter, she served as Principal Analyst and Research Director at Forrester Research. Charlene holds an MBA from Harvard School of Business. She lives and works in San Francisco, and is ever inspired by her two very connected teenagers.
