David Lauder-Walker

David Lauder-Walker is the Executive Sponsor of Pride at Adobe, our employee network supporting the LGBTQ+ community and allies across 30 global sites. He is also the Director, Experience and Engagement for Adobe, where he is responsible for driving Adobe’s efforts to help customers realize their creative intent with tools, content, and resources that inspire and guide them to creative success. David has held leadership roles at large multi-national companies and startups, including Apollo Group, Yahoo!, and Check Point. Throughout his career, David has been involved in LGBTQIA+ advocacy and equality in the workplace for over 20 years, including non-discrimination policies, marriage equality, and recognition and benefits for transgender and non-binary employees. David has also actively supported community and volunteer efforts such as AIDS/LifeCycle, Team4Tech, and local community groups in San Francisco. David splits his time between San Francisco and Sebastopol CA with his husband, Chris, and three Portuguese Water Dogs, Sofi, Margaux and Zöe.
