Jye Smith

Jye Smith is organisational consultant and coach who specialises in creative strategy, brand, and communications. Over the past 15 years, Jye has held senior roles in advertising, public relations and digital agencies, and earned an expansive skill set in creative, marketing and production.

Previously based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Beijing, Jye has lead global brands, developed and launched new advertising services and lead operations across 11 countries.

Today, Jye is Director of DOUBLESTAR CO, a visual communications studio, Principal of You’re Good, Get Better a culture consultancy, and sits on the board of Vibewire, a youth accelerator hub.
