Katie Juran, Sr. Director, Diversity & Inclusion
Katie Juran leads Adobe’s diversity and inclusion efforts globally, along with shaping Adobe’s employee experience message internally and externally. A 14-year Adobe veteran, she previously built the company’s executive communications function and led a variety of other communications teams. Katie began her career with the U.S. Department of State before moving into her communications career at a variety of Silicon Valley firms. A California native, she holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Stanford University and is a board member of the MAKERS organization, advancing women in the workforce. She is the lone female in her household, with a husband, three sons and two male cats.
