Kenneth Imo
Kenneth Imo is the Global Head of D&I for Adobe, overseeing the strategy and execution of diversity talent acquisition, and D&I programming. He has almost two decades of experience leading diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across international law firms and financial services institutions. Kenneth has been nationally recognized as a DEI leader and has authored several publications including a book for the American Bar Association entitled, “Fix It: How History, Sports, and Education Can Inform Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Today.”
Kenneth began his career as a captain in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps. In the Air Force Kenneth learned the importance of leadership, followership, and the power of storytelling by using evidence, facts, and data as a trial lawyer – skills he also leverages as a DEI practitioner.
Kenneth earned a football scholarship to attend Southern Methodist University where he graduated with a double major in Economics and History, and he received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Kenneth is a first-generation American who was born and raised in Houston, Texas to Nigerian immigrant parents.
