Mark Heintz

Mark has worked in leadership roles in Sustainability for over 15 years. As Head of Corporate Sustainability at Adobe, Mark is responsible for driving our corporate sustainability strategy and leading our cross-functional sustainability leadership committee. He was one of the pioneers in the development of CSR at Hewlett Packard in the early 2000’s. Since then, he has founded two corporate sustainability programs at multibillion-dollar companies in the apparel and technology sectors and worked as a consultant helping Fortune 500 companies launch and develop their sustainability programs. Mark has served on the Boards of Directors for several environmental non-profits and has also taught corporate sustainability courses as an adjunct professor to master’s level students at the University of California’s Bren School of Environmental Science & Management since 2015. Mark received his MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Univ. of California, Santa Barbara.
