Matt Schrader
Matt Schrader is Adobe’s Director of Government Relations and Public Policy. In this capacity, Mr. Schrader leads Adobe’s government relations and procurement policy efforts supporting the U.S. public sector business and digital government strategy. Matt has over 15 years of experience in the areas of congressional relations, digital government, IT procurement policy, appropriations & budgeting, national security and cybersecurity. Matt has an in-depth understanding of the Federal budgeting process having worked with the Office of Management & Budget (OMB) and U.S. Congress to shepherd through sound digital government and cybersecurity policies over the years. Prior to Adobe, Mr. Schrader was a Vice President at Dutko Worldwide, helping to lead the firms federal government markets practice. He began his working career serving in various capacities to Virginia’s former 11th District Congressman Tom Davis and the Chairman of the House Government Reform Committee. Matt has extensive knowledge of key pieces of legislation that Rep. Tom Davis shepherded through Congress, including the EGovernment Act of 2002 (EGov), the General Services Administration Modernization Act, and the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). Matt is a graduate of the University of Alabama and lives in Reston, VA with his wife Angelise and two kids, Adriana and Chase.
