Mike Lemon is an experienced leader who drives profitable growth at the intersection of strategy, data, marketing and technology. Mike’s strengths are in leading large teams to defined goals though developing and delivering high-quality and impactful marketing programs to clients and partners. He has a unique background in both growth/marketing strategy and operations given he’s led several multi-million dollar P&L’s and teams of up to 120 FTEs in multiple disciplines across North America, Europe and Asia. Mike thrives in accelerated growth and turnaround situations by identifying future state then driving change and adoption through strategy, seamless delivery, operational excellence, collaboration and long-standing client partnerships. In his current role with Adobe, the global leader in creating digital experiences, Mike oversees the Retail and CPG Consulting Practice across 100+ client engagements. He is responsible for a multi-million dollar P&L, securing Annual Recurring Revenue and Net New Revenue through the delivery of multichannel digital communications across the entire marketing ecosystem. The depth of Mike’s digital experience goes back over a decade when he led the development and deployment of a SAAS based content management platform for Nike that automated and provided real-time visibility into their global workflow along with creating consistent and compelling experiences for their customers.
