She has been with Adobe for ten years performing multiple roles across Employee Experience organisation in India and APAC. She is also a certified coach and facilitator across multiple development tools like MBTI, 360 , Strengths Deployment Inventory and Strengths Finder. This year she is continuing her personal development journey to get certified in Coaching from the Co-Active Training Institute.
