Paul Robson

As President of International, Paul Robson leads Adobe’s business across 160 countries outside of North America. Paul is responsible for driving strategic planning, international operations, customer interactions and shaping growth in developed and emerging markets spanning Europe, Asia and Japan. Paul’s vision for how technology fuels growth through stand-out customer experiences has seen him work with some of the largest companies in the world to deliver digital transformation strategies in fast-paced and highly complex economies. Having enjoyed a global career spanning Australia, Asia and Europe, Paul helps brands cross international borders and deliver exceptional digital experiences for a new digital age. Paul joined Adobe in 2011 and has held several leadership positions across the globe. Previously, Paul served as President of Adobe’s EMEA region where he led strategy, sales and operations and was responsible for some of the region’s largest transactions. Before that, Paul served as President of the APAC region between 2014-2018, where he led significant growth and launched Adobe into new markets across South East Asia, India and China. Prior to Adobe, Paul spent 10 years at Compaq and Hewlett Packard working in a number of roles across sales and marketing, including Vice President and General Manager for HP’s Networking Division across Asia Pacific and Japan. Paul holds a Diploma in Market Research, a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Graduate Diploma in International Business.
