Rob Hoffmann
Senior Media & Entertainment Manager, Lenovo Workstations Worldwide Rob Hoffmann comes to Lenovo with more than 20 years of experience in the digital media market, working with both hardware and software solutions. Rob started his career as 3D Product Manager for NewTek, developing a strong understanding of the digital content creation space. Rob then moved on to Intergraph Computer Systems to manage Worldwide Business Development for media & entertainment. Later, he returned to NewTek where he served as the Worldwide Marketing Director for 3D. Rob joined Alias Systems (formerly Alias|Wavefront) as Product Marketing Manager for media & entertainment products, then joining Autodesk (Media & Entertainment division) through the acquisition of Alias Systems. During his time at Autodesk, Rob oversaw the Product Marketing of the Autodesk media & entertainment 3D portfolio: 3ds Max, Maya, Softimage, MotionBuilder, Mudbox, FBX, HumanIK and mental ray Standalone. Now, in the position of worldwide media & entertainment industry manager for Lenovo workstations, Rob works closely with solutions providers supporting the media & entertainment space, in addition to the artists and production facilities creating film, television and games content to better address their technology requirements.
