Serena Zhao

Program manager with over 19 years of experience in program management and driving cross-company programs for Adobe’s central cyber security team. Serena grew her career at Adobe, working in areas such as inter-company relationship management, release engineering, and productivity tooling. She now accelerates cross-functional teams to improve Adobe’s security posture in the operational space, and drives operations for the Security Stack, a set of tools that allows Adobe to improve its security posture and provide visibility into potential security gaps in the environment. She is also one of the leaders of Adobe’s Security Champions program, which cultivates a security-first mindset among our engineering community. Serena also works to raise awareness on how we can reduce carbon emissions in order to reduce the impacts of climate change through personal and systemic change.
