Unveiling the all new Adobe RoboHelp 9 and RoboHelp Server9!

I am very excited to introduce the all new **Adobe RoboHelp 9 **and Adobe RoboHelp Server 9! Since its first release in 1991, RoboHelp has led the way with solutions that range from the original closed loop Help file to today’s modern Web 2.0 community generated content. Twenty years later, Adobe RoboHelp remains as fresh and innovative as the day it was born. This bold new release offers dramatic new workflows that make it easier than ever to create, manage and deliver online and offline content in a familiar, author-friendly work environment.

With version 9, we are taking RoboHelp and RoboHelp Server to the next level by helping our customers incorporate important industry trends taking place today into their TechComm workflow. Trends such as user-generated content, community-based user assistance, Rich Internet Applications, content personalization, single-sourcing, multidevice publishing, rich media, the Cloud and many others.

Adobe RoboHelp 9 is an integral part of the Adobe Technical Communication Suite 3 combining full versions of these favorites: RoboHelp 9, FrameMaker 10, Captivate 5, Photoshop CS5, and Acrobat X Pro.

This new release is very special; it marks the 20th anniversary of RoboHelp with the very special “Collaboration” workflows. I believe this will be one of the most exciting releases in the rich history of RoboHelp. I would like to thank all those who have contributed to this release, including the members of the customer advisory board, engineering and quality assurance teams, core services and technologies, learning resources, Adobe pre-release program, and all the valuable customers.

So **welcome RoboHelp 9 **and RoboHelp Server 9 – the new, improved version of Adobe’s industry-leading product that enables technical writers, Help authors and instructional designers to efficiently author, enrich, manage, and seamlessly publish and optimize content for multiple channels and devices.
