Introducing Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4

I’m very excited to introduce the all new Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4.

When I go meet with our customers, I hear that their consumers demand technical content to be easily consumable, highly interactive, quickly searchable, immediately actionable, and always available on-the-move. The movement to structured authoring is picking up. The rapid penetration of handheld devices is driving major implications on content distribution. Hence, the ways in which the content needs to be created, enriched, reviewed, and delivered are also changing. It’s our goal of providing the end to end solution to support all of the above requirements — while offering the highest return on investment, the lowest total cost of ownership, and the fastest go-to-market — that resulted into Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4.

Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4 integrates the latest versions of Adobe’s content creation tools to help users author, enrich, review, manage and publish high-impact technical content. The Suite includes FrameMaker 11, RoboHelp 10, Illustrator CS6, Captivate 6, Acrobat X Pro, and Presenter 8.

Our customers helped us shape Technical Communication Suite 4 and with it now in their hands, we will all experience some incredible things. Taking advantage of the tight integration amongst the multi-faceted tools in Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4, enterprises and SMEs alike can now make their content available to the end users virtually anywhere anytime. We have made a significant effort in this release to deliver tools that empower today’s technical communicators to deliver tomorrow’s content. The XML authoring enhancements in FrameMaker 11, the Multiscreen HTML5 publishing prowess of RoboHelp 10, and the rich multimedia capabilities in Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4 due to the inclusion of Illustrator CS6 and Presenter 8 are testimony to our commitment to constantly listen to the customer and deliver innovative solutions.

Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4 is a killer release with hundreds of new capabilities rolling up to four focus areas:
