Adobe Tech Comm Survey 2013 launched!

Hello Tech Comm Professionals,

Hope you are doing well and enjoying your summer (if you are in the northern hemisphere) OR hatching plans to escape the cold (if you are in the southern hemisphere)! On our side, it certainly has been a busy first half of the year for us at Adobe. We have traveled to various conferences, and met several folks from our user community from around the world, an activity which we always cherish. Also, we have released a few product updates on FM11 and RH10, and we continue to work on the next versions of the products.

As you will know already, we are always looking for ways of improving our products and make them even better for the tech comm community. For this, we love to hear your feedback and understand key developments on your side, which are changing the way you work with technical content. In that spirit, we are launching a survey called the Adobe Tech Comm Content Strategy and Tools Survey! The purpose of the survey is to understand how you create content, collaborate with peers/experts, and distribute the content to end users. We want to understand which tools you use, how you use them and how they can be improved.

Survey Logistics

• The survey has 40 questions and should take approximately 20 minutes of your time
• Given the length of the survey, we have provided a functionality where you can fill the survey in multiple sessions. For this, you are required to provide an email id and a password.
• At any time during the survey, you can save your responses and exit by clicking on the “Save and Exit” button, which appears on top of every page. You can then complete the partially filled survey at your convenience by logging back in with the email id and password credentials.

After the survey is over, we will be sharing some of the key insights from the survey on our Tech Comm blog, for everyone to access. So, here is your opportunity to share your opinions, influence the direction of Adobe Tech Comm products and win some cool prizes. We are definitely listening!!
