Jolene Jernberg: Doing More with Less
Jolene works for a company well known for acquisitions and changing structure. Her documentation groups had to move from unstructured FrameMaker to XML/DITA via structured FrameMaker. It has enabled her group to output to various outputs and provide customers with customized versions of documents. This ensured her group that they could deliver the right content to the right people at the right time.
