Showing our Pride

June is Pride Month in the U.S., giving us the opportunity to celebrate the contributions and spirit of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. We are proud to join in recognizing the diversity that makes our employee base and communities exceptional and inclusive.

“We know a diverse workforce is a strong workforce,” said Donna Morris, Adobe’s senior vice president, People and Places. “Ensuring a broad range of perspectives — from various backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations and genders—helps innovation and creativity flourish, and is at the core of our success.”

Pride events kicked off this week at Adobe sites across the U.S. and will continue throughout June. Adobe is officially supporting Pride Parades in San Francisco, Salt Lake City and New York. Hundreds of Bay Area, Lehi and New York employees and their families and friends will march in their local parades with colorful “Adobe Pride” t-shirts.

Supporting the Cause

Adobe is donating US$25,000 to It Gets Better, a nonprofit dedicated to the cause of promoting awareness and support for LGBTQ youth and matching employees donations up to $10,000 to It Gets Better or another nonprofit organization focused on LGBTQ-related issues.
