Sundance Ignite “What’s Next?” Challenge Now Live!
We’re excited to announce that the Sundance Ignite “What’s Next?” challenge is now live!
Project 1324 is proud to collaborate with Sundance Institute on this new short film challenge for emerging filmmakers around the world.
We are looking for short, one to eight minute films that are pure, bold, renegade, independent, innovative, next wave, next breed, and stylistically adventurous.
Sundance Institute will recognize five challenge winners with a trip to the 2016 Sundance Film Festival and a Sundance Ignite fellowship.
Here’s your cheat sheet for the “What’s Next?” challenge:
- Submissions are open from October 29, 2015 to November 16, 2015.
- All films must be one to eight minutes long and respond to the question, “What’s Next?”
- All participants must be between 18 and 24 years old as of October 29, 2015.
- Share your submission on social using #SundanceIgnite. Audience favorites receive special consideration in judging.
- Ignite Fellowship Awards include a special ticket package to the 2016 Sundance Film Festival, including a round-trip flight to Salt Lake City, Utah; ground transportation; lodging; and a meals stipend.
