NBAD Seamlessly Unites Customer Experiences with Adobe Marketing Cloud
Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Abu Dhabi and, specifically, the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) to learn about what they were doing to transform the customer experience. The combination of the huge mobile penetration with the incredible ambition and growth of the region meant NBAD had ambitions beyond simply building a new website. They implemented several solutions within the Adobe Marketing Cloud including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target in order to get both the customer insight and content publishing capabilities it needed to consistently deliver relevant experiences to customers through any device or channel.
Besides establishing a consistent voice and appearance for its brand across channels, NBAD can now monitor and measure how well its messaging resonates with customers. In effect creating a consistent digital brand for the bank. The integrated Marketing Cloud platform supports touchpoints including web and mobile with modular, personalized content. It also serves as a foundation for expanding digital marketing at NBAD, such as multichannel campaign management and video delivery.
