Hidden Gems in Acrobat DC: Enhance your PDF Reading Experience

There are many steps in the PDF lifecycle. Content creation, fine tuning the layout, and final reviews all lead to a carefully crafted document. Make your reading experience even better: use Read Mode to maximize the reading space on your desktop in Adobe Acrobat or Reader.

Turn on Read Mode in the toolbar using this

icon or under the View menu by selecting Read Mode. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl (or Cmd) + H.

Read Mode gives you a clean interface by hiding the toolbars and panels. When you hover near the bottom of the page, a semi-transparent floating toolbar appears. Use this to zoom, print, navigate, and exit Read Mode.

To make reading even easier, try turning on automatic scrolling using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + H or Cmd + Shift + H on the Mac.

There’s no better way to experience your PDF distraction-free. Happy reading!
