As part of Pride Month, cities across the United States are celebrating the contributions and spirit of the LGBTQ community and we are proud to join in. From New York to Seattle, we are hosting on-site Pride kick-off activities and organizing participation in citywide parades.
This week, our site in Lehi, Utah, won first place for Corporate Entries and Best Overall for its “Proud in the Cloud” float at the 25th Utah Pride Parade! The parade had over 150 entries and thousands of walkers and float riders, making it the largest Utah Pride Parade in history.
Adobe stands for LGBTQ rights
We believe in equality for all. In the state of Washington, we recently endorsed the “No on I-1515” initiative. Endorsers note that I-1515 would repeal the state’s non-discrimination protections that, for 10 years, have helped ensure that transgender family members, friends, co-workers and neighbors are treated fairly and equally under the law. In our own practices, we strive to be a diverse and inclusive workplace, from hiring through the career journey. In fact, for the past two years, we have received a perfect score of 100 and the distinction of being a “Best Place to work for LGBT Equality” on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.
