Read the jury’s motivation for selecting Martine Strøm:

”In possession of a unique way of combining illustrations and photos and mastering a wide array of Photoshop skills that give new life to tattoos and annual reports, and anything in between. Therefore Martine Strøm deserves the title Creative Talent.”

Here are some of Martine Strøm’s tatoo designs. Her own dream tatoo design would be a half sleeve inspired by nature and with a lot of hidden symbolism.

It was her creative and artistic grandmother who inspired Martine to start a career in graphic design. Thus, she tries to do traditional work by hand as much as possible and then mixes it with digital.

Adamo Music is a small independent music management company based in Norway. Martine Strøm created a logo and full visual identity for their brand.

How does it feel to be a winner of the Nordic Creative Talent Award?

”Very exciting. A lot of the other talents are people I look up to. This also goes for the people in the jury. I think it is an honour,” says Martine Strøm.

Martine Strøm mostly works in Photoshop, but very often she also starts up Illustrator, InDesign, and some After Effects. Her favourite tool is the Content Aware tool in Photoshop.
