What’s New in Adobe Sign

We’ve updated Adobe Sign with new features and benefits so you can focus more on your business, and less on tedious manual steps. Check out what’s new.

Workflow updates:

• Recipient group – Working from the Send page, users can now include multiple recipients in a single signing step so anyone from a group can sign or approve on behalf of the entire group, ensuring your transactions aren’t being held up waiting for just one person.
• Set reminders from Send page – Now, senders can set automated email reminders directly from the Send page instead of waiting until after a document has been sent.
• Expanded counter-signer options with Widget – Now you can add multiple counter-signers and counter-approvers to new forms you embed in your website.

Improved customer experience:

• Smooth signatures – Delight customers and employees with signatures that look smoother and more true-to-life when people sign with a mouse or stylus.
• Responsive Create Widget experience – The Widget creation experience has been redesigned with a new, modern UI and a responsive design, helping you deliver a great experience for users who create and embed forms with signing capabilities in their websites.
• New Authoring experience – Speed document preparation with an all-new, modern authoring experience. The “beta” version introduced with v8.1 has been finalized and is now the standard experience.
• Sign with a signature image or stamp- Instead of just typing or drawing a signature, users can now upload a scanned image and save it for future use.
• On-the-fly document correction – Account administrators can now enable on-the-fly document modification at the account or group level, allowing senders to save time when the wrong document has been sent by mistake.

Accessibility

• Keyboard navigation – Let mobility impaired users sign and submit documents more easily by navigating the keyboard instead of using a mouse.
• Screen reader support – Adobe Sign already lets users open and read documents with a screen reader using Adobe Reader. Now, within Adobe Sign, users can tab through the form to fill in the information and sign the form.
