Presenting the 2016 Sundance Ignite “What’s Next?” Short Film Challenge
After an amazing inaugural challenge, Sundance Institute and Adobe Project 1324 are proud to announce the 2016 Sundance Ignite “What’s Next?” short film challenge, open now through September 26.
Filmmakers ages 18 to 24 are eligible to submit a one- to eight-minute film exploring the theme “What’s Next?” Winners will become Sundance Ignite Fellows and receive a trip to the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, a year-long mentorship with a Sundance alumni filmmaker and more.
We announced the challenge as part of our Ignite at NEXT party Saturday, August 13 at the Sundance NEXT Festival in Los Angeles. Many members of Sundance Ignite community were in attendance to help usher in this year’s challenge. See what they had to say about their Sundance Ignite experiences:
Submit your film now at SundanceIgnite2016.com now through September 26. We look forward to seeing your films!
