There is no greater reward than recognition from your customers and peers, and we’re happy to share that both Creative Cloud and Adobe XD have been recognized by Fast Company’s 2016 Innovation by Design Awards. Creative Cloud was selected as a finalist in the user experience category and Adobe XD has been selected as a winner in the apps category.
“This award is a big honor for the Adobe XD team who is passionately crafting this product to deliver the best possible experience to our users,” said Vincent Hardy, director of engineering at Adobe. “This win tells me that our unique development approach, working closely with the design community, and our focus on quality and performance is not only right by our customers but it’s right by the industry as well.”
“Just under two years ago we envisioned giving designers a new tool with which they could design at the speed of thought so as to overcome many of the new challenges they were facing,” said Andrew Shorten, director of product management at Adobe. “This was the beginning of Adobe XD and the reimagining of every aspect of design tooling that UX designers truly need. It’s incredibly exciting to see our efforts recognized by this innovation award – especially when we’re really at the beginning of the journey and there is so much more to come.”
Here at Adobe we are thrilled to be recognized and look forward to continued innovation across all Creative Cloud. Congratulations to all other winners and finalists! Read more on the Creative Cloud blog, and check out the full list of winners here.
