Adobe Sign Delivers Exceptional Experiences for Salesforce Customers

Today Adobe announced the latest release of our Adobe Sign integration with Salesforce, which will be featured at Dreamforce 2016. We have worked with Salesforce customers like Groupon, NetApp, Tivo, Ceridian, and Diners Club International throughout the past 10 years to help them securely and quickly sign documents. Many customers report seeing reductions in their signing processes by more than 90 percent, with some average signature cycles now measured in minutes rather than days and hours. Our integration gives Salesforce users the ability to send an agreement for signature from any device, at any time–across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, App Cloud, and more.

This latest release delivers a compelling new UX for users and admins by aligning with the Salesforce Lightning platform. We are adding three Lightning components that give admins a powerful new tool set for setting up Adobe Sign, and new advanced workflows for senders in Salesforce—no coding required.

“The decision to migrate over to Adobe Sign was driven largely by our need for a cost-effective solution with a user friendly design and robust feature set that could meet the unique needs of business as well as our global ecosystem of partners,” stated Chet Gandhi, CIO and Head of Global Technology at Magento. “Adobe Sign has not only significantly improved the overall operations and user experience that is core to our business, but we also saw a 50 percent cost savings compared to other solutions.”

Enhancing Cloud-based CRM with eSignatures

As the adoption of SaaS-based CRM solutions continues to grow across organizations of all sizes, leaders of lines-of-business like Sales and Support continue to look for apps that will deliver true business benefits. Adobe Sign has continued to help Salesforce customers throughout their organizations realize those benefits like faster closing cycles and higher close rates. In a recent TechValidate survey of Adobe Sign Salesforce integration users, 89 percent rated Adobe Sign as better than average at delivering ROI in comparison to all of the apps they use in their CRM. 93 percent of respondents said Adobe Sign outperformed their initial expectations for delivering real business benefits.

Meanwhile the scope and scale of what cloud-based CRM solutions can do continues to expand with an increased focus on delivering improved experiences. The development of the Salesforce Lightning platform is a clear example of that focus on experiences, and we’ve been quick to apply our design and UX expertise to this platform with Adobe Sign.

What’s New

With an emphasis on experiences in mind, we developed new advances for this integration that allow Salesforce Classic and Lightning users to be more productive and spend less time with the ‘grunt’ work usually associated with following up via paper. Here’s how:
