Running our nation’s IT infrastructure has never been more challenging. Efforts to modernize and secure our IT systems pose unique obstacles and opportunities – particularly as the government moves to providing more services through digital channels.

To better understand the priorities and perceptions of public sector leaders, the Government Business Council (GBC) launched an in-depth study evaluating the brands of organizations in government. The research team surveyed nearly 2500 senior U.S. government leaders across federal civilian, defense, state and local government agencies. The respondents were asked to evaluate 82 companies that serve the public sector.

We’re honored to report that Adobe was named a “leading brand” by government leaders. Adobe was named a standout brand in delivering value to government agencies, and was a leading company in all brand attributes including trustworthiness, experience, expertise, customer service, employee care and innovation. Government leaders rated Adobe highly for the value of our products and services, considering both price and quality. Adobe was also named as one of the top 20 leading brands in government, joining other technology leaders like AT&T, Boeing and Lockheed Martin.

GBC’s index measures multiple factors of brand performance to create a holistic score for each company to reflect its strength in the market. Companies were evaluated on criteria such as overall brand familiarity with government managers (specifically familiarity with each company’s work in the government market), favorability of each brand, and performance in the brand attributes most important to government buyers.

Delivering quality and value is one of Adobe’s top priorities. By helping governments deliver next generation digital experiences, such as personalizing digital content and streamlining processes with interactive forms and e-signatures, Adobe is delivering real value to government agencies.
