New Head of Public Sector to Help Improve Digital Experiences for Government Agencies

Today we announced Karen Terrell as Adobe’s new vice president of public sector. In this role, Karen will lead a team of 250 professionals focused on leveraging the innovation and power of Adobe technology to support the missions of federal, state and local government organizations.

Terrell has almost three decades of experience in the public sector. For the past seven years, she served as the Vice President of US Federal Operations for SAS Federal. “Adobe is on the leading edge of transforming digital government services,” said Terrell. “Today, citizens expect to have engaging digital interactions with government, which means public sector agencies need to transform to provide online and mobile-friendly services. I’m thrilled to be a part of the work they’re doing to deliver stand-out digital experiences to public sector customers.”
