According to Mary Meeker’s latest internet trends report, voice has already begun to replace typing for online inquiries: 20% of mobile queries were made via voice in 2016, with accuracy now around 95%.

Major technology players, from Amazon and Google to Apple and Samsung, are also getting involved, providing their own voice-enabled devices and mobile assistant options.
