Capturing Images and Video from DJI’s Latest Aerial Platforms
This post was written by Laura Schutz, Event Marketing Manager at DJI. DJI is a 2017 MAX partner. We’d like to thank all our 2017 MAX partners who help make the conference possible.
What to Expect this year at the DJI Booth
DJI’s activation will focus on the new aerial platforms: Spark, and Mavic. We’ll demonstrate the key differences between products, specifically how the DJI Spark’s advanced gesture controls allow users to launch, direct, and land the drone with the palm of a hand. We’ll take “selfies” in the booth with the DJI Spark, by waving our hand at Spark’s camera and using our fingers to create the photo gesture.
At the booth, we’ll pair the DJI Mavic with the DJI Goggles, enabling users to control the aircraft’s camera yaw and tilt with their head. The immersive First Person View (FPV) Goggles, have complete Intelligent Flight integration, creating a totally new flying experience.
We’ll compare footage from the Mavic and Spark, highlighting the Mavic Pro’s more powerful camera capable of shooting 4K video (as opposed to Spark’s 1080p video), longer flight times, and an OcuSync transmission system.
DJI’s partner, Drone Nerds will offer a 5% discount to DJI products during Adobe MAX.
