Adobe Sign Streamlines Adobe Stock Submissions
The Document Cloud team is always looking for new ways to digitally transform outdated paper processes and save people time and money – take the recent launch of Adobe Scan for example.
Nowadays, most photographers and graphic artists create content digitally, edit digitally and sell digitally…so why should they still print, sign and scan model or property releases the old-fashioned paper-based way? Thanks to Adobe Sign, they no longer have to.
We’re excited to debut a new Adobe Sign integration, inside of Adobe Stock, which will help creatives showcase and sell their work even faster than before. Today’s update to the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal streamlines the critical, yet time consuming, process of getting a model or property releases sent, signed and uploaded, by adding trusted, legal e-signatures through Adobe Sign.

Now, releases can easily be filled out digitally by the creator, sent to the model or property owner via email, signed electronically and returned to the Contributor Portal, all without paper and pen. Eliminating this physical hurdle takes the release process from hours, or days, down to mere minutes. Less time doing paperwork means more time being creative and making money…which we can all appreciate.
