Another one for the books! 18 years on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies list

For the 18th year, Adobe has been named on Fortune’s list of 100 Best Companies to Work For. We couldn’t be more excited to be ranked no. 26, jumping 34 spots from no. 60 last year.

This ranking wouldn’t be possible without all our employees who make Adobe a wonderful place to work. Fortune and the Great Place to Work Institute determine a majority of a company’s ranking based a Trust Index Employee Survey that examines elements of overall job satisfaction. Through this survey, Adobe employees get to rate their experience in the workplace, with questions ranging from how much they feel that they make an impact in their job, to if they feel the workplace is diverse and inclusive.
