Digital experiences are dramatically transforming how people learn, connect, shop, interact with brands and relate to the world around them. For organizations looking to engage today’s connected customer, the stakes have never been higher: It takes a unique blend of data, design and delivery to provide contextually relevant customer interactions across devices and touchpoints. We’re honored that marketers at the world’s leading companies turn to Adobe to help them address their Cross-Channel Campaign Management (CCCM) needs.
We are especially proud that Adobe has been recognized as a leader in this report: The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management, Q1 2018. Adobe received the highest score in the strategy category and was among the top scores in the campaign design, vision, performance, supporting services and partner ecosystem criteria. Last year, Gartner also ranked Adobe a Leader in its Multichannel Campaign Management Magic Quadrant, April 2017.
“Adobe blends its solid data and audience management capabilities with marketer-friendly, content-rich CCCM design and orchestration tools.”
According to Forrester, the Cross-Channel Campaign Management (CCCM) market “is growing because more B2C marketing professionals see it as a way to address growing customer experience (CX) expectations”. To assess the state of the CCCM market, Forrester evaluated 12 vendors against 33 criteria, grouped by categories for “current offering, “strategy” and “market presence”. Customer references in Forrester’s research identified the “ability to manage interactions across multiple channels” and the “ease of integration with other data sources and systems” as their #1 and #2 reasons for choosing their respective CCCM vendors.
“Enterprises across verticals should consider Adobe.”
Adobe considers cross-channel campaign management a critical component of the needs of enterprises trying to compete in today’s digital age, which is why we’ve aligned our organizational structure and product development process to deliver a best-of-breed solution.
