Top Picks in the Content and Experience Management Track at Adobe Summit EMEA
Have you ever heard the quote, “There are lies, damned lies, and statistics?” Even though numbers get a bad rap, they’re often a great way to back up content claims, so I’m going to throw a few at you.
According to the IDC (International Data Corporation), CMOs at the largest technology companies report that building out content marketing as an organisational competency is the second most important initiative after measuring ROI. Nevertheless, 70 percent of marketers lack a consistent or integrated content strategy. At Adobe we think this is a major issue, which is why I believe that the Content and Experience Management track should be a top priority when preparing your Summit EMEA itinerary.
People spend roughly one third of each day engaging with digital content—a key finding that emerged from Adobe’s 2018 Consumer Content Survey. Therefore, brands must source and manage content that makes it possible for them to deliver desirable customer experiences with increasing velocity. The Content and Experience Management track focuses on innovations in the areas of cloud agility, fluid experiences, content intelligence, and marketing and IT velocity to power personalised customer experiences.
There are almost 20 sessions to choose from, making this one of the largest tracks at this year’s summit. We know it’s impossible for attendees to hit everything, so with that in mind, I’ve pulled out a few highlights that I think are not to be missed:

Organisations need to create and manage digital experiences at scale across all channels. This session highlights and demonstrates the new innovations in Adobe Experience Manager Sites, that support cloud scale and security, omnichannel delivery, content intelligence, and reducing time to value. What’s new in Adobe Experience Manager Assets: Top DAM features (CX8)
Consumers’ insatiable appetite for content has driven leading brands to meet demand by creating content at a fast and furious pace. At this session you’ll find out how the new AEM Assets powered by Adobe Sensei can help ease the burden of experience creation. You’ll also see exciting innovations in Experience Manager Assets that will help maximise content velocity within your organisation.

For regulated businesses and government agencies—whether signing up new customers or enrolling citizens in mission-critical services—customer experiences rely heavily on digital forms and document-intensive workflows. Experience Manager Forms supports that mission by enabling departments and enterprises in regulated industries to design, manage and deliver compelling multi-channel mobile-optimised forms and interactive communication experiences at scale. Join this session to hear how Credit Suisse transformed from paper-based processes to streamlined digital experiences, optimised their customer-facing interactions across channels, and laid the foundation for further scaling and personalised customer experiences with Adobe Experience Manager Forms.
Breaking the chains: How Telegraph Media Group is leveraging Adobe Managed Services at scale and speed (CX12)
