Just as technology continues to transform customers’ expectations for brand engagement, so, too, is it changing the landscape of work itself. Automation of repetitive tasks, for example, is freeing staff to more significantly contribute to their companies’ growth by giving them back time to create, innovate, and think more critically. At the same time, roles are evolving, while new ones are being added. Agility is taking hold, organizational hierarchies are being rethought, and employee empowerment is the name of the game.
