It’s a Family Business

Here at Adobe, we can’t stress enough that our people are at the heart of everything we do. And when we say our employees can bring their full selves to work—that also means including their families. As summer winds down, we just wrapped up our annual Adobe Field Trip events, held across a variety of our offices. During our Field Trip event, families bring their children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, baby cousins, and more, to experience an activity-filled day of fun, play and learning.

In our San Jose, Seattle and Lehi campuses, some of the activities included guided tours of the office, a science hub where families could engage and discover things about the earth and cooking, a reptile and insect petting zoo (yes, really!), a builders hub where there were mountains of Legos, a creative zone where kids could make lanterns, bead lacing and more; and a gathering in the park for a big summer BBQ picnic filled with music, table activities and sharing. For our smaller campuses, we arranged a day of events at local parks and party venues, where families could bask in the sun and play some games.

And for the first time, we held an Adobe Teen Innovation Day! Catered for teens aged 13-18, participants began their journey with an Adobe employee who guided them through an exciting day featuring a rousing opening welcome session, Adobe product workshops, a delicious lunch from our culinary team, site tours, and ended with a fun-filled networking reception for both participants and their parents.

We want our employees to know that Adobe not only cares about them, but their families too, and we hope that they can cherish these memories forever.
