One of the key goals of Adobe Creative Cloud is to enable our community to easily create anywhere that inspiration strikes and be able to seamlessly work across multiple devices. Today we’re sharing the progress we’ve made to develop multi-surface application systems that operate across desktops, tablets, phones and the web.

This journey kicked off at MAX 2017 when we launched Lightroom CC, an all-in-one cloud-first photography ecosystem across devices that has been a big hit with photographers – both pro and enthusiast. This year, at MAX 2018, we’re empowering online video creators to work across devices with the all new Premiere Rush CC – an all-in-one, easy-to-use video editing app”>video editing app that simplifies video creation and sharing on platforms including YouTube and Instagram, while delivering professional quality video results.

Lightroom CC, Premiere Rush CC, Adobe Spark, and Adobe XD, which offers a companion mobile app that allows you to preview your designs and prototypes on iOS and Android devices, are all great examples of our vision to extend content creation capabilities across devices and usher in a new era of multi-surface creativity. Lightroom CC and Premiere Rush CC are available now and are both powerful examples of high-performance multi-surface creativity tools that extend workflows beyond the desktop.

Speaking of working anywhere, we recently released an all-new Acrobat DC, one of the most popular apps in Creative Cloud for making a PDF of your work and sending it out for review. A new Home view across the Acrobat DC desktop app, Acrobat Reader mobile app and Document Cloud web app acts as a central hub to keep your projects moving from wherever you are. Whether you use Adobe Scan to import a sketch on paper into your phone, edit a client proposal with Acrobat on your tablet or add comments to a wireframe in your browser, you can simply pick up creative work where you left off.

Our mission is to transform our flagship applications into multi-surface systems, and today we’re excited to preview Photoshop CC on iPad which will be available in 2019. Photoshop CC on iPad is reimagined for a modern touch and gesture-based interface, allowing you to seamlessly work on the same PSD file across multiple devices, using the advanced controls and tools you’re accustomed to.

In addition to Photoshop CC on iPad we offered a sneak preview of Project Gemini, a mobile drawing and painting application, featuring Live brushes that mimic natural media like oil paint and watercolors in amazingly lifelike ways. With Project Gemini you can use the same brushes you love in Photoshop and seamlessly pass files between the two applications. We expect Project Gemini to be available in 2019.

Bringing these two apps to the iPad is just the beginning, and we intend to release them across other devices and platforms in the future. We’re excited to go on this multi-surface product journey with you, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the new Premiere Rush CC, the new Acrobat DC, and our two exciting previews.
