Adobe Brazil a Top 100 Best Workplace for the First Time

We are thrilled to be recognized as a leading employer in Brazil! The team recently earned a spot on the Great Place to Work Institute’s list of best workplaces in technology, coming in at number 5 in the top 20 companies with under 100 employees.

This year, the Great Place to Work Institute surveyed 1,000 technology companies and only 100 were selected to be on their final list of best workplaces. As this is our first time on the list, we are extremely proud to have ranked no. 5 out of the top 20 technology companies with under 100 employees. And it’s all thanks to our employees for continuing to make our offices a wonderful place to work.

“Our office in Brazil represents many different parts of Adobe: from fields sales, to our adob.com team, legal, anti-piracy, customer solutions, marketing, finance, TubeMogul, and Magento. Despite the many different teams, we rally together around the mission of building our brand, presence and commercial success in the Brazilian Market,” explained Federico Grosso, Head of Adobe Latin America.

“The modern workplace is continually evolving and we want to be innovative and cutting edge, introducing simple yet well cadenced practices to ensure collaboration and inclusion across every member of the team. A cornerstone of this unity is a practice we call Start-me Up Monday. Each Monday we get the entire team together to discuss exciting tech trends (AI, ML, BlockChain, VR), listening to external speakers on topics such as mindfulness and voluntary work. Other days, we practice design thinking to co-create best practices for our team moving forward. We hold a strong belief that all of us are smarter and more capable than any of us individually and we practice this belief every single day.”

Here’s what other employees are saying:

A few years ago, a friend and employee of Adobe told me: You deserve to work in a place like this! Today I am here and I understand her passion to be part of this team. It’s as if Adobe were a great brain and its employees the cells that make it work. The company knows the value of each one of us and encourages us to be better professionals.

– Jessica Fagionato, Channel Inside Sales Brazil

I never thought that in such a huge company as Adobe I could find a very dynamic culture, a team of so many talented enthusiasts and accessible managers. That’s the secret of Adobe’s impressive growth—the people.

– Diego Jušinskas, Channel Manager Brazil

It’s when ordinary people rise above the expectations and seize the opportunity that milestones truly are reached. I am so proud to dedicate a big part of my life to this amazing journey.
