Adobe named a Best Workplace for Women

Today we are proud to announce that Fortune and the Great Place to Work Institute has named Adobe a Best Workplace for Women! This is our first time on the list, and we came in at no. 47 out of top 75 large companies.

This is a big achievement in continuing to make Adobe a great workplace for all, and this award comes off the heels of announcing that we achieved global gender pay parity last week. We are proud to have delivered on this commitment to pay parity between women and men globally across nearly 40 countries. We began this journey two years ago and invested significant time and resources to attain parity in the U.S. and India before last week’s final milestone of global achievement, which you can learn more about, here.

As with our other accolades, we owe this award to our employees here at Adobe. The Great Place to Work Institute determines their best workplaces list based on an in-depth employee survey. And being named a great workplace for women only reinforces our desire to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals. Not only that, we’re committed to fair-pay practices around the globe as well as family-friendly leave and benefits programs that help people integrate work and life. We’ve also established networks and clubs to create community, and we offer learning and development opportunities to help employees reach their full potential. Ultimately, these initiatives contribute to making our workforce happier, more diverse, and better positioned to make a meaningful impact on the world.
