Adobe named a best workplace for diversity

For the second year in a row, Fortune Magazine and the Great Place to Work Institute has named Adobe a Best Workplace for Diversity. Out the 100 companies ranked on the list, Adobe came in at no. 30.

To determine the list, Great Place to Work analyzed the experiences of women, people of color, LGBTQ people, employees who are Boomers or older, and people who have disabilities, comparing their survey results to their colleagues’ at the same organizations.

Here at Adobe, we believe that everyone deserves respect and equal treatment, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, cultural background or religious beliefs. When people feel appreciated and included, they can be more creative, innovative and successful. These beliefs guide how we hire, manage and support the growth of our employees and the role we play in changing the world for the better. That’s what we mean when we say #AdobeForAll.
