Study Shows Analytics and Data Management Tools Add Real Value

Today, we’re sharing the results of a new commissioned study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Adobe, which concludes that investing in Adobe’s leading analytics and data management tools to help deliver these experiences can boost ROI more than 200 percent.
But that’s not all.
Global companies across a variety of industries say that Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager, which accelerate time to insight, drive digital growth, and enhance customer experiences, are helping to increase conversion rates across mobile and web by more than 20 percent and site traffic by 10 percent. In addition, according to “The Total Economic Impact of Adobe Analytics & Adobe Audience Manager,” your ability to upsell to high-value customers can increase by 60 percent.
To conduct the analysis, Forrester interviewed companies using Analytics and Audience Manager, and based on the results of the interviews, Forrester created a model to project the expected return from implementing these tools over a three-year period.
“We’ve seen a 40 percent uplift in performance across the marketing funnel, from awareness through purchase,” said one director of e-commerce analytics at a retail company. “In fact, our conversion off of display media increased more than four times, from 2 percent to 9 percent.”
And a director of marketing at a tech firm saw site traffic increase by 15 percent since moving to Adobe.
By using both Analytics and Audience Manager, our customers have seen the following topline results over a three-year period:
