Motion Designers Community: Transition Challenge

Calling all motion graphic designers! You have the talent, we have the tools.

The Motion Designers Community is organising its next Meet Up in London this Saturday, and we can’t wait!

Join us on the Adobe stand to demo our 360 and VR video technology and try the latest in animation with Character Animator. We’ll also be showcasing some short films created entirely from Adobe Stock 3D objects, so do pop down and say hello!

To celebrate all things motion graphics, we’re giving one lucky creative the chance to walk away with a free three-month membership to Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock (including Motion Graphic Design Templates) plus a MacBook Pro to help you bring your visions to life.

To be in with a chance of winning this amazing prize, all you need to do is create a five second animation, transitioning from the Motion Designers Community logo to the Adobe logo, or vice versa.

The animation needs to include:

• A red background image with two rectangles
• A purple background image with a hexagon
• 5 seconds to make the transition from one background to the other

Whatever your area of ​​expertise, the animation can be created in your favourite Creative Cloud application: After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Animate or even Photoshop. Download the assets HERE to get started.

The final animation should be rendered in MP4 format h264, HD (1920 × 1080), 30 frames per second.

Entries will close on 11:59pm on Saturday 2 February and a winner will be selected at random from all valid entries’ the following week and notified via a Direct Message.
